Recently we often received a customer call, to understand the test items and requirements of the PC materials, and now I take you to sum up it!
1.PC aggregate inspection items
1. Plastic melt index
2. Plastic moisture content test;
3. Density test;
4. Plastic particles injection into the standard test spline, the tensile, impact, Vicat softening point, surface hardness and other physical properties;
5. Appearance inspection: the standard color of plastic particles;
1. Stretch and bend strength and modulus;
